REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Compost Food WasteNew to composting? Be sure to check out the action resource links to learn tips and more about it. As you transition from throwing food away to composting, what do you notice about how much you are tossing? Do you know how your compost will be used and the benefits it has on the environment?
Chelsea Denault 10/03/2018 10:42 AMI'm new to composting through LUC's Compost Bucket Program. While I don't necessarily think I'm creating less waste since I was already relatively conscious of food waste and how to reuse food scraps normally considered "waste," I do notice that I feel slightly less guilt and anxiety when I do create food waste now that I am composting rather than throwing it the trash.
