    I try to spend as much time with my hubby and baby as possible. I usually get my workouts in during my lunch break so I'm not taking time away from the fam.

    More people are going Vegan. Whether that's for health reasons or it's a fad right now, I'm not sure.

    Great question! Maybe because it's often cheaper than fresh fruit and veggie produce.
