    I will think about the things that I need and want. Also I will allow myself to put aside money for the things I actually need and less money for the things I want. Just to convince myself not to buy too many useless things.

    My studies, I feel focusing on my studies will give me more time to relax. Just so I know I have good grades and I am up to date on all my courses.

    I go to practice with my twirl friends. Which are Kelsey, and Ariel. We practice for almost 2 hours with my coach Amber. My family and I go out on my boat and water ski all day, and during the winter we go skiing and tubing in the snow.

    Before I left for school today I made sure I woke up early so I had time to meditate. I don't see any differences in my life.

      Keep up the meditation.  Try saying a mantra too.  This will help you stay focused during the day.  Examples of mantras you could use: "I am strong."  or "Be the change you wish to see in the world.”
