I feel like it was natural to cut down on screen time! It always feels so good to put the phone down and enjoy what is around you. I'm grateful I am able to have good friends to do it with! We went to Chick-fil-a and had a nice meal and some good conversation.

Consider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?

Last night I went to bed around 50 minutes before I normally do. I read a book downstairs before going up to bed wide awake. I found less temptation to go on my phone and instead was able to close my eyes and fall right to sleep. I think I need to make sure I am tired before getting into bed and make sure I've checked my phone (If I need) before entering the room. I hope this will help me fall asleep easier in the future and therefore help me be more awake during the day.
