REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Go PaperlessReducing your paper mail can be such a freeing action to take -- by reducing what is coming in, you can reduce what is going into the recycling bin too. How does it make you feel? What is the next step you will take to reduce your waste?
Sheri Duyao 10/24/2018 2:55 PMMost of my bills are on estatement now. Yes! This is a very freely experience. I would love to know how to eliminate all the junk mail I receive. IE; credit card applications and mailers. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Advocate For More Food Packaging OptionsWhat concerns you the most about how we are affecting the planet? Consider both local and global actions.

REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Weekly Meal PlanningAn average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Does this surprise you? Where would you rather use this money?
Sheri Duyao 10/24/2018 1:35 PMIt does not surprise me! I know how easy it its to have food go bad on you. It took me a while to "downsize" my food purchasing after my son left for school. I buy primarily fresh fruits and veggies - I've got it down now! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Eat MindfullyMindful eating is healthier for us than eating with distractions. How do your eating experiences differ when practicing mindfulness?
Sheri Duyao 10/15/2018 3:55 PMI have been making a very mindful choice in sitting down to eat. And when I eat I am taking my time and not rushing. Food is more enjoyable and I am more aware of my hunger vs craving. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Needs Vs. WantsHow is creativity necessary for practicing simplicity?
Sheri Duyao 10/15/2018 3:53 PMI have stopped looking at the weekly ads and mailers that come in the mail. It gets quite overwhelming this time of year with the Holiday season upon us. Then when considering a purchase I am not being impulsive, I am taking time to consider if it is something I really NEED.-
Melissa Hayes 10/16/2018 2:03 PMWhat a great idea. I'm going to start putting the weekly ads and mailers directly in the recycling pile. Thank you

Sheri Duyao 10/15/2018 3:28 PMMy daughter suggested for every new thing I acquire - I should donate an item. -
Sheri Duyao 10/15/2018 3:26 PMA little slow on my part. Just Because I forget to check in! -
