  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food Reduce Animal Products
What do you think contributes to people in North America eating more meat than in other places, and what does this say about North American values and ways of living? How do we start shifting a meat-focused food culture?

Enormous portions of buffalo steaks started the lore of good eating.   Given other sources of protein are now readily available deliciousness and fashion will shift the culture.

Its not. You don’t need to be creative to be simple.

    Mindful eating is regular eating.
I do enjoy mindful mindless eating on a Friday though on the sofa with a good film.

It felt calmer not waiting for the next bright image on screen. Easier to nod off while reading a book...
