REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity De-Clutter My HomeHow can you prevent yourself from accumulating more things in the future?
Deanna Eichler 10/04/2018 12:13 PMTrying to avoid Costco and making a list of what I need to avoid browsing -
Deanna Eichler 10/03/2018 11:54 AMI could not part with my beloved processed Belvita this morning, but packed a lunch of rice and veggies. Then to my dismay I realized white rice is probably a processed food, I should have used brown rice, and how far am I taking this? Will make sure I get my dinner in line to achieve success today. This challenge has really got me thinking about what I eat (guess that was the point :-0
