    I couldn’t exercise today because i had work plus i was sick 🤔 rip. gonna try to hit the gym tomorrow after school tho w some friends. gotta save that air too

    mindfulness has really helped me become aware of what’s going on in the environment. i’ve not only been eating mindfully but also took time in the day to think about all the changes occurring through fall

    my legs are killing me so i’m running for a shorter period of time. gotta complete those goals.

    i went running with my friend and discussed the pain from shin splints. No pain=no gain.

    I didn't use technology when I was eating my lunch and was aware of the people at my table. Achieving em goals. #conservingenergy #sushiroll
