    YEs it is difficult to do, when I first began I didn't really do anything and I still don't. I have not changed at all.

    Waste Reduce Single-Use Disposables
    Bringing your own bags and containers to the grocery store, and even to restaurants for leftovers, are a couple of ways to reduce your waste. What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

    Some sing-use items I use everyday are paper cups, straws, and plastic bags. Instead of using those I can use reusable cups, metal straws, and paper bags,
