REFLECTION QUESTIONEnergy Upgrade My WindowsHow does improving your home's energy efficiency help you better live out your values?
Amy Evans 10/11/2018 12:45 PMIt aligns with my values for energy efficiency and supporting minimal impact on the environment. Plus, my new window is tinted to make it more comfortable to enjoy the sunshine even on warmer times of the day. :-) -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Whole Foods DietMichael Pollan states that "it is better to pay the grocer (our edit: or the farmer!) than the doctor." What are your thoughts on this?
Amy Evans 10/11/2018 12:44 PMAbsolutely true! Food is medicine, and forms the basis for our physical well-being (in addition to our thoughts and emotional states). It provides essential building blocks, and healthy prevention is a far better use of time and resources than trying to overcome illness. -
Amy Evans 10/11/2018 12:42 PMIt's been a great challenge! I'm enjoying eating more veggies and whole food meals--thanks for the inspiration.

Amy Evans 10/09/2018 12:04 PMIt's been fun and feels good to focus on eating only whole foods! While I'm at it, I'm giving up dairy and looking at decreasing sugar as well. :-)
