Bryton Foate 10/18/2018 10:08 AMThe Eco Challenge that I selected was going on a walk for at least 20 minutes every day and Typically I went for a walk around campus and sometimes elsewhere if I felt the desire; but usually I went for a half an hour to an hour instead of the 20 minutes. It was just so relaxing that I couldn’t just go for 20 minutes. I typically went between 8 and midnight or between 6:30 and 7:30 in the morning before classes sometimes twice a day. It was a great way to unwind and relax in the sounds of nature without the distraction of technology and its carbon dioxide emissions. Through this challenge I was able to turn off my technology: saving power and reducing the emissions given off by the devices. When I was first doing the challenge, I sometimes forgot to log into the site, and so I didn’t accurately represent how I was doing the first few days.
