I'm back from Vacation and from being sick and ready to finish this challenge.  I have several one time activities planned this weekend.

How can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?

I will walk with friends whenever possible.  My family and I will explore some nature paths near our house.  Most of my exercise (with the exception of swimming) I do outdoors to be able to have time to spend in nature.
