Joseph F38B 10/22/2018 3:40 PMI decided to do this challenge because it is good for the body and makes you feel good that you did it. This is very important and not many people do it around the world. Many diseases are caused because of this. It can even add more years to your life. By my classmates doing this, we encourage other people to do it too.
