    Mindful eating is healthier for us than eating with distractions. How do your eating experiences differ when practicing mindfulness?

    I'm  much more relaxed after my meal when I just eat without reading stuff on my phone! It's easier to end my lunch break on time, too. At home I pay more attention to other people rather than a book or screen. Much nicer!

    Glad to see challenges promoting intentional living & an attitude of gratitude! I already have a gratitude diary,  so I'm getting ready for the October challenge by writing in it more often.
