Every action has an impact on the planet... everything

This means that every little thing we do to decrease our negative impact is valuable. If we start reducing the waste generated at home, our families will learn and maybe they will also change their behavior. Little by little we will show by example how great it is to know that your actions are not affecting our planet.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Simplicity Needs Vs. Wants
How is creativity necessary for practicing simplicity?

Needs vs Wants is not that hard to adopt; it's a matter of being honest with yourself and understand that satisfying our desires is great but not a sustainable way of living. If you start working on satisfying your needs, you will realize that most of your wants were not really that important ...
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
While water bottles serve an important role in places for health and safety, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. Can you identify the barriers in making this a new habit? How can you set yourself up for success in making this a permanent change?

Is the easiest change ever! just remember to keep your reusable bottle close to you ... every time you need it , it will be there and there's no reason to get a disposable one

It is great to remember that real time/ face to face interaction is much better than screen interaction.
