REFLECTION QUESTIONWater Say No to Plastic StrawsWhat single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?
Nikita Garg 10/19/2018 9:24 AMI drink coffee almost everyday and I think coffee cups are an easy item to replace with a reusable mug or flask. I've been better about this at work but it's still something I need to work on on weekends and vacations. Maybe even get my friends and family to stop using single-use coffee cups. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Go get a check upHow do you practice self care?
Nikita Garg 10/09/2018 4:21 PMI schedule occasional massages to practice self care, they are very relaxing. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Avoid refined sugarBefore you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now?

REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Healthy SleepConsider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?
Nikita Garg 10/04/2018 3:04 PMI find myself wasting a lot of time just procrastinating on my phone before bed. I need to make a conscious effort to stop doing that and go to sleep at the same time every night. It helps to replace my phone activity before bed with reading a book or trying a little meditation.
