Some additional steps you can take to reduce the amount of water you use are to avoid letting the water run while you brush your teeth or by using the dishwasher instead of hand washing them.

If the electricity is generated by the burning of fossil fuels, the emissions from the fossil fuels can have a negative impact of animals and humans. Electricity generated by fossil fuels can have a negative impact on our environment as well. Fossil fuels produce carbon dioxide which  depletes the Earth's Ozone layer.

You can incorporate spending time with friends or family into your exercise routine by inviting them to work out or attend a fun fitness class with you. If you enjoy spending time in nature, go for a hike or bike ride outside.

    Waste Use Reusable Bags
What do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reuseable one with you? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to establish this a successful habit?

If I am in a situation where I need a bag, but don't have a reusable one, I try to carry things out in my hand. However, if I have a lot of items, I will accept a disposable one. In order to avoid this, I should establish a system for always having a reusable bag such as keeping one in my car or purse at all times.
