REFLECTION QUESTIONFoodMichael Pollan states that "it is better to pay the grocer (our edit: or the farmer!) than the doctor." What are your thoughts on this?
Sarah Gorton 10/09/2018 6:46 PMI very much agree that it is better to pay the farmer. It means paying less down the line for reactive medical care. I have opted to include bread in the definition of "whole foods" during my daily diet because it perishes and is made of ingredients that are pronounceable and non-synthetic. :) -
