    No, this does not apply to me. I always try to walk everywhere, as it will help the Earth and also count for my exercise! A lot of people would think it was strange to walk as much as I did and not drive, but that's okay because I enjoy it!

    Used my new reusable cup today! I bought it last week for the ECOchallenge and have saved 5 cups from going to a landfill!

    Was mindful on the fourth floor terrace, it was very nice and peaceful! Gave me an extra charge to focus on my work!

    Happy Monday Everyone! I didn't use a straw last week, I have been walking to work and I started taking 5 minute showers. Need to work on the mindfulness everyday though!

    I bought a new reusable mug yesterday and I have already saved two cups from going to a landfill, it feels good!
