How can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?

My fiance has always been in much better shape than me.  When I met him I was in decent shape, but as I am now over 50 I was having trouble keeping the weight off.  As I have always been a healthy eater, we started adding a morning workout routine together, and weekend fun activities like biking  and walking.  It is a good way to spend quality time with each other.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Simplicity Work-Life Balance
Is practicing work-life balance difficult to do? How does it feel when you first begin? How does this feel for you after 21 days?

I sometimes worry about things that I may not have completed when I leave at the end of the day.  I am going to concentrate on home life when I get home.
