I think that next year I need to pick challenges that are a little more far-reaching for me.  These have been good reminders, but I don't feel like I'm really stretching outside of my comfort zone and trying new behaviors.

I joined my neighborhood's "Buy Nothing" group on Facebook and it has been a great experience so far.  You either post your needs or things you want to get rid of and connect with your neighbors to redistribute it.  You can also ask for assistance on projects or ask just to borrow something like an extra crockpot or a garden tool.  A great way to save money and meet your neighbors.
