  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Simplicity Go for a Daily Walk
Fresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?

Gratitude helps keep us mindful of our true role in the overall ecosystem.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Simplicity Limit Social Media
Social media is a great way to keep us connected with loved ones, makes us laugh, and helps us to learn new things. It can also take more time than we realize or intend to give. After doing this action for a few days now, how do you feel? What do you notice?

My FB is logging me out.  I really don't miss it at all.  Actually interacting with people live is a real plus.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

Riding my bike is a great way to destress and have time to think.  The commute along the river and through the park is the perfect place.

I feel like I have better ideas at work after getting to ride my bike to work; makes me feel better about the ~1 hour it takes (each way) out of my day -- work better, not harder :)
