    How can I reflect my individual health with the health of the planet? There is a feedlot trying to expand in my county. I've contact the pollution control agency as well as local officials.

    There is a collection for a charitable event coming up in my area. I have filled a box and a bag with useful items that I no longer need. I encouraged my family and friends to do so as well.
