REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Advocate For More Food Packaging OptionsWhat concerns you the most about how we are affecting the planet? Consider both local and global actions.
Zenab Haq 10/04/2018 6:08 AMI am concerned that not enough people are worrying about how our actions are exponentially harming the planet for generations to come. If we love our children so much, why do we not care how we leave the planet for them. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Support Pollution ReductionWhat environmental factors affect human health in your region, and how do they affect it?
Zenab Haq 10/04/2018 6:07 AMThere is a landfill near the development where my house is. Some times we can smell something nasty in the air. It gets hard to be outside without feeling like you need to throw up. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Audit Toxic Cleaning Products in my HomeTo what extent do you believe that environmental factors contribute to your own health or issues with health?
Zenab Haq 10/04/2018 6:04 AMI believe they play a part but I don't know if it is really that significant because I still need to get better at taking care of myself so I can then understand the external factors that may be contributing to my health. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Learn About Local Environmental Justice ConcernsWho is most affected by environmental degration and/or environmental irresponsiblity in your community? How are they affected?
Zenab Haq 10/04/2018 6:01 AMLow-income people are affected by it the most because they tend to be in not nice areas that may have air and water pollution. -

REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Learn More about Food DesertsWhat are the implications of access to nutritious food for a community?
Zenab Haq 10/04/2018 5:55 AMChildren not getting access is something huge we should all be concerned about. Good nutrition plays an important role in the optimal growth, development, health and well-being of individuals in all stages of life. Healthy eating can reduce the risk of chronic diseases, such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes and some types of cancer. -

REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Know My healthHow do you deal with the physical and emotional stress of the big problems we face? How can you help others cope?
Zenab Haq 10/04/2018 5:53 AMI used to emotionally eat but now I exercise. I can help others by being an ear for them to vent out their issues. Sometimes people just want to be heard and it lightens their stress. -
