Q: How do environmental health, community health, and your personal health intersect?

It's a symbiotic relationship. Caring for your environment or community, makes you feel good, keeps you active and engaged mentally. It helps your physical and mental self.  Caring for yourself allows you to care for others.

    Q. What have you noticed about your purchases? Where are you inclined to make shifts, if any?

No shifts really. I started paying closer attention to my spending in May. So I am happy  I've greatly reduced purchasing things of little lasting value.

Which of these would be your chief motivation and why?

I help our community around my work to locate foot bridges to give better access to a park. The foot bridges will cover areas where flooding occurs during heavy rains. They weren't light and had to be carried a good distance.
