Darcy Hasberry 10/24/2018 2:56 PMQ: Where are your nearest natural bodies of water? How might they be affected by runoff?
The nearest body of water is a large creek. With continued heavy rain over several days, the banks could over flow. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Track my PurchasesWhat have you noticed about your purchases? Where are you inclined to make shifts, if any?
Darcy Hasberry 10/24/2018 2:54 PMQ. What have you noticed about your purchases? Where are you inclined to make shifts, if any?
No shifts really. I started paying closer attention to my spending in May. So I am happy I've greatly reduced purchasing things of little lasting value.

REFLECTION QUESTIONNature Forage for My FoodAmongst the motivations for foraging are: a source of food; means of income; connecting with nature; cultural tradition; or transmitting "local ecological knowledge, and a means for stewarding local and native plant populations" (McLain et al. 2012, 13). Which of these would be your chief motivation and why?

REFLECTION QUESTIONCommunity Volunteer in my CommunityWhat is one thing you can do to help your community become more sustainable?
Darcy Hasberry 10/24/2018 5:47 AMI help our community around my work to locate foot bridges to give better access to a park. The foot bridges will cover areas where flooding occurs during heavy rains. They weren't light and had to be carried a good distance.
