REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Less Screen TimeWhat did you notice in implementing this challenge? Was it hard to choose other activities over screen time? How did you decide to spend your time?
Jim Hemphill 10/04/2018 8:40 AMI went for a nice walk instead of turning on the television in the evening. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONNature Go for a Daily WalkHow do you experience your neighborhood or city differently when walking instead of driving?
Jim Hemphill 10/04/2018 8:37 AMWalking allows time to observe and appreciate your surroundings. Walking during lunch break in the City I have discovered lots of interesting little businesses that i never noticed when driving. Walking in my neighborhood allows me time to appreciate nature.
