    I'm walking daily and feeling so good about myself.  I'm down 5 pounds down from my starting point.  :-)

    I have started on a new journey to be more mindful of my own health and environment.  I am on a mission to get outside and move more, get stronger and help my family get healthier as well.

    Today I walked 1 mile on my lunch.  I'm working out daily. I see so many folks with plastic bottles, but I'm lugging my reusable 32 oz cup.
