Since I need a bigger chunk of time than my weekdays allow, I was planning to finally do some decluttering this weekend but the weather has been so beautiful and I can't bear so spend any more time indoors than absolutely necessary. This task will be much easier come winter :)

Hmm, going meatless is going to be more difficult than I thought! When I've attempted to in the past, I always felt like I was missing something. Resorting to eating just vegetables, fruit, and seeds/nuts simply isn't satiating. I guess it's time to revisit the wonderful world of tofu, tempeh, and seitan, oh boy!

You can do it! I went vegetarian in 1990 and am now dropping dairy from my diet... let's chat about recipes :)
