REFLECTION QUESTIONWater 5-Minute ShowersFive minute showers are an impressive step toward reducing your water footprint. What is the next step you can take?
Ellie Hoffmann 10/09/2018 9:29 PMThe next step would be to reduce the amount of water I use to clean dishes and brush my teeth. I need to remember to only use as much water as I need because most of time the water can be off while still cleaning all that needs to be cleaned. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Eat MindfullyMindful eating is healthier for us than eating with distractions. How do your eating experiences differ when practicing mindfulness?
Ellie Hoffmann 10/09/2018 9:26 PMWhen I go out to eat with a friend, I definitely focus more on them than I do on my phone or the TV in the dining room and it helps me to be more present just in the conversation. And when I am by myself, it just gives me time to relax and think about my day and to say a little prayer. It just brings me more happiness rather than just shoving my face with food while looking at a blank screen.
