For me, the sleep challenge is linked to the less social media challenge. Oftentimes, while in bed I would scroll on my smartphone with the intention of only doing so for a few minutes but then before I realized it, 30 or more minutes had flown by and I hadn't gone to sleep when I intended. Last night I didn't pick up my smartphone and went to sleep when I intended. It was a challenge though and will be a hard habit to break!
