Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
While water bottles serve an important role in places for health and safety, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. Can you identify the barriers in making this a new habit? How can you set yourself up for success in making this a permanent change?

Some barriers to make this a new habit could include having to go carry a bottle with you everywhere instead of just purchasing a bottled liquids whenever it is wanted by the consumer. It is not as easy to refill a bottle wherever or whenever you want.I have already made this a permanent change in my life. I bring my own water bottle to school every day. I do not remember the last time I purchased a bottle of water for example because I always have my own reusable bottle with me.

    Food Reduce Animal Products
What do you think contributes to people in North America eating more meat than in other places, and what does this say about North American values and ways of living? How do we start shifting a meat-focused food culture?

I think that there is a much higher demand for meat in North America than anywhere else. There is way more consumption of meat in North America because of the large amount of farms compared to anywhere else. The North American population values high protein meals and meat is a way to get that result. North Americans relay more on meat than more greens and veggies because of such high production of it and availability. I think we could start shifting a meat-focused food culture by creating a higher demand for dairy cattle than beef cattle. Maybe not rely on meat for "every meal" as many North Americans do.
