I have done the Eco Challenge every year and it's a great way to inform and educate those I work with on a daily basis. My first task was to make separate bin for each area of our branch for refundable bottles and cans, so they don't get thrown in "mixed recycling" and instead can be recycled by a staff person and funds earned can be put towards our 'Fun Committee' activities.
