  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food Plant an Herb Garden
Consider the ways you can garden: a plot of land? a patio container? hanging basket? windowsill gardens? What would work best for your living situation and lifestyle?

It would be best for me to plant on my front lawn where there is the most space.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Water 5-Minute Showers
Five minute showers are an impressive step toward reducing your water footprint. What is the next step you can take?

The next step would be to install a low-flow shower head because by doing that you can save up to 15 gallons of water a day.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste Use Reusable Bags
What do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reuseable one with you? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to establish this a successful habit?

It depends on how much stuff I have. If it is one or two things I won't use a disposable bag but if I have a lot of items I will have to use a disposable bag for that time.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health Avoid refined sugar
Before you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now?

I wouldn't say that I was 'addicted' but I didn't really think about how much sugar I was consuming each day. Now when picking out food I think about what I have had and what would be the best choice.
