    Everyday when I walk to my bus stop it is about 5 minutes away from my house.

    When I first set my alarm I set it for 5:30 A.M, but then I remembered my challenged so I changed it to 6:00 A.M.

    While water bottles serve an important role in places for health and safety, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. Can you identify the barriers in making this a new habit? How can you set yourself up for success in making this a permanent change?

    When I went out to grab a water bottle from my refrigerator I knew that I still had this as a challenge so I went and grabbed a reusable water bottle and filled that up when I got home from school.

    I was about to go to sleep but i saw that some lights so I went through my entire house and turned off the lights.

    Water Say No to Plastic Straws
    What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

    I usually use plastic straws when I go to dinner and order a drink. They usually come with plastic straws but last night I asked for my drink to come with no plastic straw, and they said sure.
