Swetha Jayappa 10/23/2018 10:06 PMYes, i was very much addicted to Coffee/ tea and more of cool drinks.. While i have taken up this challenge i have ensured to reduce to an extent and has improvised in my intakes and makes myself cautious to take a sip of it now. -
