    Simple start with exercise/ right balance food / intake of food at right time and ensure to get good amount of sleep :)

    I have made sure to turn-off my laptop everyday without fail. Started to teach my kid on effective utilization of water ( right from cleaning vehicles / turn-off tap  when not used)

    I have started Journalizing everyday which I make the most memory of it.  Feels positive and energized

    Before you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now?

    Yes, i was very much addicted to Coffee/ tea and more of cool drinks.. While i have taken up this challenge i have ensured to reduce to an extent and has improvised in my intakes and makes myself cautious to take a sip of it now.

    Finding a community Yoga class / Run for a cause/ Read books at Library and few other such things enable and feels connected with our neighbor or community
