REFLECTION QUESTIONWasteWhat do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reuseable one with you? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to establish this a successful habit?
Kyle Jepson 10/23/2018 7:56 AMTypically I would use a disposable bag, but the last few weeks I have been actively trying to not accept them at the store. One one occasion I planned ahead and brought a large grocery bag for shopping after work. Also, I do a lot of shopping when I ride the bus, so I put items in my backpack that I typically have with me. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicitySocial media is a great way to keep us connected with loved ones, makes us laugh, and helps us to learn new things. It can also take more time than we realize or intend to give. After doing this action for a few days now, how do you feel? What do you notice?
Kyle Jepson 10/23/2018 7:54 AMI moved the social media icons from my phone's home screen to a back screen and found I go on social media much less than I used to a few weeks ago. I feel more productive not mindlessly browsing social media. I will continue to keep the shortcut away from my home page. -

Kyle Jepson 10/05/2018 8:07 AMYes, we need adventure and natural wonders in our life to keep things interesting and exciting. Spending too much time indoors is depressing, boring, and leads to lower energy levels.
