REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicityWhat did you notice in implementing this challenge? Was it hard to choose other activities over screen time? How did you decide to spend your time?
Alysha Johnson 10/10/2018 2:16 PMI draw on the side, other than work and i just chose drawing on paper rather than my digital tablet. Im addicted to my phone and the endless scrolling so it is still kind difficult now a days but im learning to get better! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicityFresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?
Alysha Johnson 10/10/2018 2:14 PMTaking that walk everyday is refreshing, enjoying the little things like saying hi to your neighbors, puts me in a much better mood and I'm ready to start the day! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthHow does/can practicing gratitude keep you centered and motivated to work for a better world?
Alysha Johnson 10/10/2018 2:13 PMPracticing gratitude keeps me centered and motivated for a better world, remembering that everyone is human and just keep passing it on whether its a smile, kind gesture. At the end of the day you don't know what that other person is going through and everyone's day would be a little better if we just helped each other out
