    I draw on the side, other than work and i just chose drawing on paper rather than my digital tablet. Im addicted to my phone and the endless scrolling so it is still kind difficult now a days but im learning to get better!

    Taking that walk everyday is refreshing, enjoying the little things like saying hi to your neighbors, puts me in a much better mood and I'm ready to start the day!

    Practicing gratitude keeps me centered and motivated for a better world, remembering that everyone is human and just keep passing it on whether its a smile, kind gesture. At the end of the day you don't know what that other person is going through and everyone's day would be a little better if we just helped each other out
