Eddie Johnson 10/23/2018 3:27 PMPracticing work-life balance was definitely difficult for me to do, especially with email. It was hard at first but the stress of feeling I need to respond right away has passed. I give myself a 24 hour rule which allows me to disconnect in the evenings. -

Eddie Johnson 10/23/2018 3:25 PMI never considered myself "addicted" to sugar but I did probably consume more than I should have. I have not had a craving and I appreciate keeping the sugar crash away. -
