    Creativity definitely helps because you learn to be more resourceful with the items you have in place of buying new.

    Is practicing work-life balance difficult to do? How does it feel when you first begin? How does this feel for you after 21 days?

    Practicing work-life balance was definitely difficult for me to do, especially with email.  It was hard at first but the stress of feeling I need to respond right away has passed.  I give myself a 24 hour rule which allows me to disconnect in the evenings.

    I never considered myself "addicted" to sugar but I did probably consume more than I should have.  I have not had a craving and I appreciate keeping the sugar crash away.
