    Notice how much time you were spending checking email away from work and make note of that. Now that you have stepped away from it and have not been checking, what changes are you noticing in your thoughts, use of time, stress and energy levels?

    All things technology can take me away from friends and family, the more I can "unplug" the better!

    I will start setting a goal of going to bed 10 mins earlier each night to gear up for when our challenge starts.

    I have begun making my own coffee every morning, rather than going to the coffee shop, I then purchased a fun coffee cup to encourage me to use it more frequently.

    I started filling up two reusable water bottles in the morning for at home, and I use my Columbia Bank water cup at work.
