    It's easy for me to ruminate on things that are upsetting to me.  Focusing on gratitude, and praising others for their hard work helps recenter me, and change my perspective.

    I usually walk with my dog, so it gives me time to relax, unwind, and connect with her.   This makes me happier, and ultimately probably a better worker.

    I'm going to try to be really mindful about not running the water when I'm brushing my teeth, or while scrubbing my hands.
