I went through all my online systems, banking and billing, and selected paperless billing over the weekend. I have also started separating out my garbage so that I can recycle items such as carboard and plastic.

REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Weekly Meal PlanningAn average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Does this surprise you? Where would you rather use this money?
Leslie Johnson 9/25/2018 7:44 AMWe have conciously been paying more attention to this. That money could go to much better use paying off bills towards early retirement!
