  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Simplicity Limit Social Media
Social media is a great way to keep us connected with loved ones, makes us laugh, and helps us to learn new things. It can also take more time than we realize or intend to give. After doing this action for a few days now, how do you feel? What do you notice?

We are so lucky to have an amazing farm stand in our community.  I have a CSA there as well as visit weekly to buy and cook with as many ingredients that are in season.

We live in a beautiful place.  I find myself constantly pausing to admire the leaves changing color over this past week.
