Herena Julia 10/01/2018 8:35 AMI use a glass water bottle (w/ a quartz crystal inside ;-); eat organic when possible, vegetarian diet, enjoy time in nature barefoot and soaking up the sun, conserve electricity, minimal t.v., exploring outdoor spaces for hiking, use recyclable bags at grocery store, meditate daily, get 8-9 hours sleep, promote home water filtration systems, use eco-friendly personal and cleaning products, feed my dog a raw diet vs. kibble/canned, avoid GMO's, avoid buying big label brands, buy local/farmer's market/food co-ops.
