    My city traffic keep increasing day by day. So I use more bike and walking instead of Car. It saves time, helps to reduce traffic and also save fuel which intern saves environment

    My roads are not great for cycling. So I adopt biking and walking instead of using Cars everyday

    We have more parks and lakes in my city. So easy to step out for a 30 mins walk

    I sleep for 7 to 8 hours. Sometime I get less sleep and feel tired for entire next day. Want to make it as consistent and sleep for 8 to 9 hours a day
