    I woke up feeling light-headed this morning, probably due to low blood sugar. I came really close to eating some toast, but Brian handed me an apple instead. Thanks for being supportive B!

    Every morning this week, the first thought in my head has been, I really want a bagel. The hardest part about giving up refined sugar is the no-bread aspect. Why is does there have to be sugar in everything?

    For those quitting refined sugar, try out these sugar-free dressing recipes. I made the Italian one and it was excellent. I later saw the same dressing at the store for $$$ and was glad I made my own.
