    Skipping the straw is easier the more you don't use them.

    Got all of my eco goals today except for the straw that I was offered and didn't think before I opened.    Beware the straws that are presented for use when you are distracted by work conversations :)

    Staying away from processed foods, walking for 30 at lunch and using my reusable coffee mug and water bottle to make a difference today :)
