    I do not think this applies to me. I walk instead of drive. Or i also ride my bike.

    I can ride my bike to their house, with them, or even just play an active game.

    I shift me sleep patterns by me routine. I do different things before I go to bed. What works for me is I tire myself out. I do some gymnastics then take a shower and i'm tired.
