    I felt more relaxed and my head felt clear.  For me, it was not difficult.  I love making various craft items from friendship bracelets to loom knitting!

    Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
    While water bottles serve an important role in places for health and safety, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. Can you identify the barriers in making this a new habit? How can you set yourself up for success in making this a permanent change?

    Always carry your reusable water bottle with you throughout the day. Not only can you put water in the bottle, but you can also put other liquids in like lemonade. A great to have this become second hand nature to you is by setting reminders every morning to grab your water bottle before leaving your room.
