Anna Latch 10/24/2018 11:40 AMI need to be sleeping for at least 8 hours in order to feel good and functional for the day. This helps me feel better about the entire day in general which positively contributes to multiple aspects of my health. I set reminders on my phone to wrap up what I'm doing by a certain time and it reminds me to wind down. Also melatonin helps. -
