    I've somehow only missed one day and that was because I had a headache and when that was cured, it started raining.

    Practicing what you're grateful for helps you to realize that there are many good reasons for you to keep working hard to make an impact. It's your daily reminder that you have a reason to try.

    During one of my outdoor runs, I can invite my friends with me to join me and work as a team to conquer the daily challenge and improve while also passing by the features of nature to feel more calm than you would at an urban setting.
